How do I return an item I purchased?
To return an item you have purchased follow these 4 easy steps.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payment you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made within
7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Credits usually show up on the following monthly billing cycle after the date of receipt. Please Note: Delivery charges are
not refunded.
What factors can delay order delivery? USA Diamonds.net always tries to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Rings which require sizing usually have a 2 day delay associated with them. Deliveries to Canada usually result in a 3 day delay. Special custom orders may also be delayed. Orders can also be delayed due to credit verifications, and when the “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same on high order values. Orders of in stock products which are not rings usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours.

Cases in which insurance will cover lost or damaged items?
In case where the package arrives torn, opened or damaged in any way, DO NOT pick up or sign for the package and inform our customer service personal as soon as possible. Packages that have been picked up or signed for by the customer will not be covered by insurance.
