Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked (refund will not include shipping and insurance cost). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received (include proforma invoice and payment invoice). Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
Should your merchandise become defective
within 90 days following your purchase date, we will
gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a
jeweler professionally inspect it and determine the proper
course of action.
USA Diamonds.net stands behind
their merchandise and will try to repair it first - and
should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a
brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in
repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a
discontinued item, we will issue a full refund against the
item in the same form of payment that was initially used to
purchase the item. Repairs and replacements within the 90
day warranty period are free of charge to our customers.
However products which have been modified by another 3rd
party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free
repair warranty.
In the event that you have exceeded our 90 day warranty
period, USA Diamonds.net will gladly repair your items. The
return to us is free but the repair costs will be quoted to
you before we begin the work and should you accept them,
only then will we charge your account and proceed with the
repairs. Should you choose not to repair the item, we will
ship your item back to you at no additional cost.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded.
Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.
In case the item is not picked up by the customer from the shipping company / postal office:
It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the items bought from the shipping company / postal office.
If the shipped item is not picked up, it will be sent back to our main offices.
We will make contact with the customer to make arrangements for re-delivery.
If the product will not be shipped back to us, no refund or exchange will be provided.
Insurance Policy
All our deliveries include insurance for lost or damaged items. Keep in mind that as soon as the packaged is picked up by the customer from the post office, the insurance considers the transaction complete and automatically terminates the insurance.
It is up to you to examine the package when it arrives to your post office, sign and pick up the package only if you are sure that the envelope is not torn or open.
If you have any suspicion that the package has been tampered with, leave it in the post office and it will returned automatic to the sender, inform our customer service and in the moment that we will receive the package back your money will be returned or a new package will be sent to you.
Sales Tax
Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, brokers fees, etc... that may be applicable on International orders, we cannot mark items as 'gift' or 'sample'.
Promotions and Discount policy
A promotion code provides the user with a specified discount. This amount can be calculated in various ways as determined by the type of promotion. Usually there is a dollar value or percent value discount on the USA Diamonds.net selling price (Discount Price).
Promotion codes are applied to specific items in a shopping bag and given to users at the conclusion of the checkout process. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges or any similar processing charges. Promotion codes are not applicable on Sale Priced Items (My Price) such as clearance products and hot deals which already include a significant discount. Promotion code discounts are non-combinable with other offers or on top of previous discounts or sales. Limit one promotion code per customer per sale.
If this merchandise is returned, any allotted discounts will be first deducted from the value of the returned item prior to any refund or credit. USA Diamonds.net may choose to modify any promotion or discount without prior notice. One coupon per customer only.
Pricing Definitions
Retail Value: The Retail Value on the USA Diamonds.net website is indicated as the figure at which USA Diamonds.net believes that the same product or a comparable product would be offered by other online or offline jewelry stores and retailers. The USA Diamonds.net Retail Value is only a representative value and may not be the prevailing retail price in every community.
Discount Price: This price is the every day low price offered to the USA Diamonds.net customers at large before any direct or promotional discounts have been applied. This price is extremely competative and usually lower than the competitions.
My Price: My price is usually indicated when a direct discount is being
applied to the My Price. My Price Products cannot have a discount promotion code applied to them. My Priced products usually offer unprecedented discount savings.
